Tendril Therapy is located in the Rancho Bernardo suburb of San Diego, conveniently located 0.5 miles off I-15. Our office is located on the 4th floor of the The Bluffs. Take the elevators to the 4th floor lobby when arriving to your appointment and your therapist will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

While our office is located between North County and Downtown San Diego, telehealth therapy sessions offered through a secure video platform allow us to work with clients throughout the entire state of California.
